1.Please note that strict procedures are applicable to all construction works at Longlands. These can be downloaded by selecting “Construction Downloads” at the bottom of this page.

2. In short:

2.1 You have to submit an application to be approved as a contractor at Longlands.

2.2 All your documentation must be submitted and approved before any construction work can start. 

2.3 You have to set up a meeting with the Estate Manager to discuss security and to identify all the connection points on the site and to arrange for water and electricity connections. 

3. You can also download  all the electricity, water, gas, fibre and storm water layouts from “Layout Downloads”.

4. Please also download the Security Policies and procedures from the Home Owners Association page. You will not be allowed access to Longlands unless you follow these accuratley.

5. Please note that hard copies of these documents will NOT be provided.
